• Lower 48: calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
• Free local pickup and gift-wrapping available for Fairbanks customers
• Express winter shipping available at checkout for time-sensitive holiday orders

Returns

Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or damaged. Custom orders and handmade-to-order pieces are final sale, given the time and materials each artisan puts into them.
